There were too many people. Packed, packed. Even though it was spacious, there were no seats. The wait time was the longest too. You have to plan for at least 2 hours. Out of those 2 hours, the consultation itself was only about 20 minutes. The director was very firm and concise, probably to save time. So surprisingly, I liked the consultation. But I was disappointed because they said the surgeon wouldn't handle the aftercare.
