Customer management was not great, and honestly I am not even sure whether the doctors are good at surgery. I paid a lot of money for surgery, but the result did not come out as requested. They say to watch the progress, but on the dates I want, it is hard to see the doctor, and there are designated days when you can see the chief doctor;; As a working person, I can only go on weekends, but I would have to use paid leave. Also, it seems the office manager is too busy taking care of prospective surgery customers and does not even treat post-op customers as customers. If I could turn back time, I don't think I would do it here..
