I arrived earlier than my consultation appointment time, and it seems like it took well over two hours from the appointment time until the consultation. I tend to wait until it's my turn, but this was too much, so I think I asked 4 or 5 times haha. The manager assigned to me was blunt? or maybe I should say she had a strong presence? She had a strong pride, and I did not get the feeling that she was kind. I had to wait a long time for the consultation with the director, but he was very kind and answered well.! It was the hospital I had the highest expectations for, but there were so many disappointing parts that I did not choose it T_T
