Probably because it is a large hospital, there were a lot of people. The process was consultation with the head manager -> consultation with the director -> consultation with the head manager, and the waiting time in between was long. The director and the staff all looked busy. I got a consultation for eye surgery, and I liked that it felt like they did not recommend unnecessary surgery. Since the director was busy, the consultation was short and felt like they were only telling me the essentials. The cost is not expensive and is fairly average (based on event review pricing), and there was no consultation fee.
