I had a consultation with Dr. Do for eye revision surgery. Before the consultation, unlike other clinics, they took detailed photos of my eyes and I liked that we reviewed them together during the consultation. My eyes are difficult to operate on, and he explained it in a way that was easy to understand by even drawing diagrams of the anatomy. I liked that he said it was a difficult eye and that even after surgery it would not change dramatically, and that he clearly explained what he could do. But saying with his own mouth that living like this is not so bad made him seem a little lacking in confidence. In the end, it felt like he did not want to operate on a difficult case, so I did not really gain much trust in the doctor. The consultation manager kept speaking in a consistently overbearing manner, so I think that needs improvement.
