I also went to several places for consultations, and I went last week for my final consultation. There were a reasonable number of people waiting, but the doctor was in surgery, so I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time. Then why even make appointments? I said that out loud. They should have at least called ahead. The front desk doesn't seem to have much sense. Still, there was one thing I liked, so I decided on the surgery. I met with a male coordinator, so it was not very thorough. The surgery will be done by the director, so I trust that and am just waiting for the surgery day.
