The waiting time was insanely long.. probably because of that, the consultant kept apologizing and kindly guided me through the consultation. The director's consultation was fine. They explained in detail why they did not recommend certain surgeries and only suggested what was truly necessary. From what I remember, they said my alar reduction was unnecessary, and that instead I should shave down the hump and that osteotomy was optional. There was no consultation fee.
