This was my first surgery, so I went in for a consultation, but maybe because they were busy, the consultation with the manager felt a bit like it was following a manual. Still, when I met the director, I could actually check various lines, which put me at ease a little, and they also told me that for choosing incision versus non-incision, the decision should depend on the line shape, which I appreciated.
