I went for a consultation trusting only Director Do, with no information at all about the hospital, but the hospital is just... I think the system is in urgent need of improvement The waiting system is inefficient T_T The waiting room is packed with people, buzzing and crowded, and the moments of waiting, taking photos, waiting again, seeing the consultation manager, waiting for the director, waiting again and again, each of those moments eats up tens of minutes T_T More than anything, the first impression of the hospital, the front? The female employee with the surname Choi, with big round eyes, was so unfriendly that it ruined my image of the place... I know they are busy and exhausted because there are so many people, but the moment I arrived, without even saying a word like 'name, please?' she just stood there and stared at me silently with an unpleasant look until I said my name, for several seconds. From the start I was like, what is this...? Even after that, she told me to fill out the chart, so I did and brought it back. Then she asked about my recent surgery history, so I told her. I also mentioned my very first surgery history just in case, and she frowned a bit and started slashing two pen lines across the chart with very annoyed, aggressive motions while rewriting the first surgery history from the beginning, and I was like, why is she doing this? So unpleasant. If that's the case, she should have asked about the first surgery history from the start lol. It was like some kind of guessing game. I was just a first-time visitor, so did she have some bad feeling toward me? It was absurd and unpleasant in every way. I kept watching out of curiosity, and she was rolling her eyes at other customers too, which really didn't seem right... On the other hand, she seemed very gentle and good with the staff, so why be irritable with a first-time customer...? I was about to say something after holding it in, but I figured they were probably busy so I let it go -- sigh. Anyway, the wait before the consultation was long, but the director's consultation was professional and good, and she gave very realistic advice, so I was glad I could judge things objectively lol. I was surprised that she was younger than I expected, and she seemed quite cheerful. The consultation manager wasn't a doctor but wore a coat, which felt strange, but she was kind, and maybe because she had received good internal training, she knew the procedures well and answered professionally, so I was satisfied... but I keep thinking about that unpleasant expression, so I want to skip it.
