There were a lot of people, as expected from a popular hospital. Overall everyone was kind, and the consultation coordinator was kind too. As soon as I arrived, I filled out a medical questionnaire, took photos, and then had a consultation with the coordinator. The coordinator first asked me to say what I was worried about or what I wanted improved through surgery, and asked what kind of look I wanted. Then she said what she thought about it, and after that I went in to consult with the director. Director D was as straightforward as I'd heard, and very confident. He only talked about the surgeries that were truly necessary and didn't feel pushy, which I liked. There had been comments that Director D was busy, only gave a short consultation, and was rude, but personally I thought he was very kind. He set the line and spoke very confidently, saying it would come out exactly like this, which made me trust him more. After the consultation with the director, I talked again with the coordinator, and when my questions got a bit long, she seemed a little annoyed. Still, overall everyone was kind.
