I had a consultation before. I went for a consultation about reoperation for my eyes and nose, and the director was kind, but looked a bit tired. They explained things well and were kind, but there wasn't anything that really drew me in, so I didn't have the surgery here.... There were a lot of people, so the wait was quite long, and the manager was just average too. It felt more specialized in eyes than in noses.
