I went when Dr. Yoo Won-il was at With, and got a revision rhinoplasty in 2013. My first surgery made my nose too high, so I looked for a hospital that focused on making it look really natural. Two people I knew nearby had done it here and their noses looked natural, so I visited. Both the doctor's consultation and the manager's consultation were kind, and more than anything, the doctor did not raise any unnecessary expectations and spoke very realistically, so I trusted him more. The best thing about having surgery with him is that they do not pack the nose with cotton, so recovery afterward is a bit more comfortable. The downside is... recovery afterward is comfortable, but surgery itself was a bit hard for me haha They only put you to sleep briefly for anesthesia, and during the whole surgery T_T you have to stay awake with only local anesthesia. Because sedation anesthesia has risks, I think they try to minimize that, and swelling really was less. Still, with my first failed surgery I woke up not even knowing which doctor had done it, and everything was over. If you have surgery with this doctor, you definitely know who is operating and how the surgery is progressing. Near the end, when the anesthesia was wearing off, maybe I was just sensitive, but it stung and hurt, so T_T I had a hard time, and the doctor kept reassuring me while continuing the surgery well.
