I went for a consultation. At first, they only discussed what I had already seen T_T And the doctor consultation was also extremely... short... I should have looked into things more myself T_T especially the side effects... I wish I had asked more... The manager was incredibly kind.

My personal impression was not great... The doctor and the manager both felt brusque, and even when I asked questions, it seemed like they answered carelessly... (It was not the doctor who appears on YouTube, but someone else.)

The aftercare was not great. The manager changed things at the consultation and again at the surgery without saying a word, and she was downright rude.
