I had two consultations with the consultation manager, and before the consultation with the director it was brief, but after the director's consultation we talked for much longer than in the first consultation, so I was satisfied. Just judging by the manager alone, I even felt like I wanted to get surgery there. When I went, the wait for consultations was long, but after waiting so long to get into the director's consultation, I was disappointed that the director's consultation was so short and concise.
