I was nervous because it was my first time going for a consultation, but the manager was extremely kind and pretty! She explained everything in detail one by one, which made me feel really reassured. She marked exactly the line I wanted and told me what parts were not good, which I liked. I spent about 2 hours in consultation with the manager and only 1 minute? with the director, I think
