The consultation manager seemed fake-nice from the very start. Something like, women’s faces are also competitive advantages... I was a bit annoyed by the sexist and appearance-obsessed remarks, but I let it pass because she was the manager. But among all the staff I met here, I never saw a single genuinely kind one. Either they had a stern face, or when I went to get my stitches removed the counter was empty. I cannot even describe the staff atmosphere, but it was really bad. I waited about an hour even to have my stitches removed, and when I got home and checked how they had removed them, there was still one stitch left from the front corner of my eyes, inside the Mongolian fold area.. The doctor came out during removal and looked at it, so I decided to be satisfied with just that (which should have been obvious..). The doctor was a decent person. I am just going to be grateful there were no side effects and try to live with it.
