Maybe because they have already made a lot of money from YouTube......their explanation does not seem professional. And they speak too fast. I understand wanting to reduce unnecessary time, but when it comes to the procedure, they do not seem sincere, as if they were talking to my daughter. I think we need more sincerity, plus explanations about side effects and what treatment will be provided after surgery.
