Even though I had a reservation, I waited 3 hours. The people around me seemed annoyed too.. I ended up talking to the manager while standing up. Still, they were kind, so it was okay. The doctor also seemed to listen well, but maybe because there were so many people, it felt like they wanted to finish quickly.
