I really felt this was a place that churns people out like a factory. The doctor consultation was basically over in 1 minute, just said what needed to be said, and since there was a surgery schedule right after, maybe because of that they couldn't say much and then disappeared. The patients must have come after thinking deeply about each one, but this was way too careless.
