I had natural adhesion, eye correction, and front canthoplasty done 2 or 3 years ago, and I'm fairly satisfied.. I should have made the line a bit thicker though, so I'm thinking about revision surgery later T_T The front canthoplasty turned out very naturally, without any major dissatisfaction except for a slight scar on one side.
