I went for a consultation because it seemed famous after seeing the app, but there were quite a lot of people and the staff were moderately kind. The waiting area was a bit narrow, so it felt uncomfortable. It felt more like they were recommending the style the hospital prefers rather than the eye line that would suit me, so I left without making a booking.
