I made a reservation and went, but there were so many people... I had to wait quite a long time before I could get the consultation. I was worried the consultation time would be short compared with how long I waited, but they explained the parts I was curious about in detail. I had pretty high expectations about the image change from double eyelid surgery, so I asked about all sorts of things, and for the parts that couldn't be done, they explained clearly that they couldn't do them..
