I did not even get to see the doctor, so I am giving 2 stars. I do not know who the person who consulted me was, but I told them what kind of surgery I wanted, and they suddenly laughed at me and said, "No, that is not it. That will not solve it. You should just get a brow lift." I was shocked lol I also work in a hospital setting and have done a lot of consultations, but if you consult people like that, nobody will go ahead with surgery... I do not know whether that person is still there, but if you are not sure, please do not do consultations like that... I was not even asking for anything major, I just said my double eyelids had loosened and I wanted to do it again haha. Then they could have just noted that and said, if reoperation will not work, there are these other methods. Was that not the proper way to say it? On top of that, the tone itself was aggressive, so I did not want to keep talking. When I asked how long I would need to wait, they said I might not even get to see anyone today lol Why do they take reservations then... I just said I would leave without seeing anyone and left.
