I went for a consultation about eye revision surgery. My biggest concern was asymmetry, and at other hospitals they had talked about a full revision and canthoplasty, but here the manager and the doctor told me it seemed like only the asymmetry needed improvement, and they designed the shape I wanted with the minimum necessary surgery! That gave me a lot of trust~
