I went here for eye and nose consultations. But from the start, I had already specified by KakaoTalk that I wanted to consult with Director @@@ for my eyes and Director @@@ for my nose. On the day itself, I went at my appointment time, but a different director, not the one I had requested, did the consultation. I thought, fine, let me hear them out first, and after consulting with those two directors, I asked the consultation manager why they had not arranged the consultation with the director I had requested. Her answer was lol "So are you going to do it?" I had never seen a hospital like this before. They even had six deleted posts here, so I hope they fix their mindset and run the hospital properly lol The people handling consultations completely ruined the hospital's image. The director consultation itself was fine.
