6 months ago I went for a consultation because I was looking for information on nose surgery and the videos kept showing up. The counseling coordinator and the director who consulted me were exactly the famous people from those videos, you know? They were very angry and seemed unpleasant while consulting. At first I let it go. But they weren't even talking for that long, and as the consultation went on they kept speaking like machines. I know they must be tired, but to me it felt like even a machine would have been kinder than that. Still, I thought they must be good at what they do, so I put down a deposit because they said there would be a discount and planned to go consult somewhere else, but the consultation coordinator was the same. Maybe because I didn't look like I was going to do it, at first they were just brushing me off carelessly, but later after I left a deposit they became extremely kind? Why do patients have to receive this kind of treatment as human beings? Even if they became famous through promotion, lots of people would come because of that, so if that was too much to handle, they shouldn't have promoted themselves in the first place. I suddenly remembered that then and got angry. I was going to post somewhere but there was nowhere to post, so I held it in, and now that I found this community I am leaving this review here. Maybe it was only like that with me, but anyway I remember being in a really bad mood all day that day. Ah, the hospital facilities were very clean, and the staff were very pretty and kind.
