I had a consultation while going around after seeing it on YouTube to ask about my nose. I actually saw Dr. Park Beom-jin, and he seemed very tired, maybe because he was busy. During the consultation he mentioned lowering the columella and a nose silicone + cartilage + mesh? I don't remember exactly, but when he mentioned materials I was a bit hesitant, so I left right away. I said I wanted my alar wings to spread out like the director's nose, and I remember him saying very clearly that what can't be done just can't be done..lol
