Overall, they seemed very busy. But that is the same at any plastic surgery clinic, so T_T T_T T_T T_T During the consultation, for things that could not be done, they clearly pointed out why it could not be done, and I liked how thoroughly they explained it. The consultation waiting time is on the longer side.
