Even though the director seemed busy as if they had just come out of surgery, they were really, really kind. It wasn't just that they were gentle; even when I asked a slightly odd question, they didn't laugh at me or brush it off, but explained the eye structure and answered, so I felt they really cared about the patient, which I liked. They didn't recommend any excessive procedures either, and when I said I didn't want a canthoplasty, they explained ways to get the look I wanted without it, and how it would look different with and without canthoplasty. The only downside was that the waiting times in between were a bit long.
