I only had a nose consultation there before. Even though I had made a reservation and went, there were so many people that I think I waited for over an hour. I talked with the consultation manager, then waited again because they said the doctor would come after surgery to consult me. It seemed very busy, but also a bit chaotic? The consultation manager was reasonably kind, but unlike other clinics, only here did they mention osteotomy.
