I went for a nose consultation. My nose had previously had surgery for rhinitis plus a non-open approach to a bulbous nose, and now it has gotten bigger again and the tip has drooped, so I’m looking into revision surgery. Wherever I went, people said I had a big nose, and the director at [Clinic A] rejected me as soon as he saw my nose and said surgery wouldn’t work. I had seen their bulbous-nose videos on YouTube and people who had had bulbous-nose surgery were strongly recommending them, so I had my expectations up a bit... but the problem is my nose, I guess. I had the exam and waited in the room, but they still hadn’t come after almost 50 minutes, so I even dozed off in the room. I waited a long time, and then they said surgery wouldn’t be possible anyway... Honestly, I appreciated the frank answer. This director seems better at contouring or jaw surgery than at noses.
