I got my first surgery here 5 years ago. I had natural adhesion, eye correction, inner canthoplasty, and outer canthoplasty, and I remember waiting for a really long time and only spending about 10 minutes with the doctor.. One side has loosened now T_T It might be good for people with no eye fat and thin skin.
