Whenever I had questions from YouTube, I would watch the head surgeon's videos to clear them up, so I went in for a consultation despite the long wait... haha. I liked that the head surgeon spoke with confidence, pointed out what I had researched before going, and recommended what I needed, but the manager? seemed a little unfriendly.
