Maybe because the Lunar New Year holiday is coming up, there were tons of people and everyone seemed very busy. So the wait was extremely long too. The manager was kind, but it felt like everything was being rushed through quickly, and the surgeon consultation felt the same. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly lol
