The consultation manager was very kind. Usually the manager only comes last, after the surgeon and then the manager, and at that stage I only heard the hospital price and instructions. But here, the manager naturally guided me toward booking surgery for the same day (not saying that is bad) and also carefully checked my satisfaction with the current surgery consultation. The staff overall were not especially friendly, but they were not rude either, and I did not mind. The hospital facilities did not feel brand-new, but more like a hospital that could exist in that building? I do not know what the operating room is like. Interestingly, for natural adhesion they said the stitches are removed on day 3, and they explained the reason, but I did not catch it properly. The surgeon was the one I found after reading reviews, and they were not as thorough as I expected, but they explained things clearly and properly when I asked. There was also a surgery I wanted to do, but they turned it down, which made me sad, but I liked that they recommended surgery suited to the structure of my eyes. They also explained why the surgery I wanted would not work, instead of just recommending things blindly. I was worried because the ratings here were bad (it seemed there had been a surgeon who was generally viewed negatively), but from my consultation experience it was better than I expected, and I decided to have the surgery here, so I will leave another review after the operation.
