Compared to how busy they are, the staff and the manager are kind. But the waiting... is a bit too long.. Even though I had a reservation, if I had to wait that long... it would make me feel a bit upset. The director seems a little blunt, but he explains things very well. Even when I ask a lot of questions, he answers them well.
