I went there for nose surgery, but they only explained contouring and never told me how my nose would actually be operated on, what materials would be used, or what method they would use. He probably thought he was being casual, but he kept using swear words like damn at the end of his sentences, which I really disliked. It felt like gaslighting. What really sealed it was when they said functional nose surgery was not possible and that I did not have a deviated septum. I went to an ENT clinic to check, and the doctor there was surprised and said, "How could he look at the CT and say there is no deviated septum?"
