I arrived about 20 minutes earlier than my appointment time, but it was one wait after another.. The consultation manager pointed out my double eyelid line, then before seeing the doctor it was endless waiting again.... I had an appointment at 4:30, but it kept going until 6, and if I was going to wait like this, I thought I might as well go eat dinner. So I asked the front desk when I could see the doctor, and they said the doctor would finish surgery quickly and come out. So I waited without eating, and after the doctor consultation, when I was talking about the surgery price again with the consultation manager, I said the place felt too factory-like, and because the wait had gotten so long I asked the front desk coordinator when the doctor would be available. They said they had heard the doctor would finish surgery quickly and come out, and the manager was shocked and said, who was that? Was it the bob-haired one? Was it the long-haired one? There is absolutely no way that could have happened. "I will educate that person again." Manager Eom Su-min said that, and I thought maybe the manager herself needs to be educated again... T_T I was honestly shocked that the hospital staff casually kept calling a patient customer "that guy, that guy" right in front of them (and the manager was someone who looked very young, probably mid-20s). It made me imagine how much worse they must talk to each other when patients are not around. A place that felt chaotic, had long waiting times, and made me feel like I should not trust them with surgery.
