When I went, it was January, so there were a lot of people. Even though I had a reservation, I remember the schedule getting delayed a lot... First the manager consulted with me, and after matching it to the eye shape I wanted, she adjusted things in various ways, then quoted a higher height than I expected, around 9 mm, which surprised me. But thinking about it now, that probably would have been too much for someone like me with a narrow distance between the eyes and eyebrows. Anyway, after that I met with the doctor, and maybe because the clinic was so crowded, I kept feeling that the atmosphere was a bit chaotic. Still, I liked that they kept giving me updates even though there were delays.
