Parking was convenient, and the facilities were good. The consultation manager connects you with the doctor. I asked for a different surgeon, but they said Dr. Jeong Young-hoon would suit me better, so I had a consultation with him. The doctor gave a clear diagnosis and expressed his opinion confidently, which I liked. He did not recommend all sorts of extra procedures and only advised the minimum necessary surgery, so I trusted him, and the cost was also relatively low compared to other hospitals. However, he recommended natural adhesion instead of an incision, and did not recommend back-lower canthoplasty, only front canthoplasty, which was different from other hospitals' diagnoses, so I am still deciding. The manager was kind, but the front desk staff felt unfriendly.
