I happened to come across a video from Iwell on YouTube, and after watching the review videos, I liked it so much that I first consulted by KakaoTalk and then went up there for an in-person consultation. The replies were kind and helpful, so that was nice. I was worried at first that the replies might be slow because it was KakaoTalk, but they answered quickly! I’m still thinking about which hospital to choose..
