I made a consultation appointment because an app and similar places recommended it a lot. It's a large hospital, so there are many people, but there is almost no waiting. The consultation goes in the order: manager, doctor, manager. The doctor marked my line a few times. There was no pressure to leave a deposit, and maybe because it was an event, it ended up being the cheapest place among the ones I visited.
