People say it's a factory-style place, but I went for a consultation anyway. The consultation manager was way too high-energy and seemed to drag out the time by talking about things other than plastic surgery, so my first impression was bad... Even the consultation with the director felt like he was drawing things out and speaking without much confidence, so it didn't feel trustworthy and I didn't make a reservation.
