Since the only medical information we get is from YouTube or reviews, from her point of view the patient's questions may look ignorant, like, "Why would you even ask that..?" but from the patient's point of view, we are facing the risk of complications and a surgery that puts a knife to our face, so of course we have no choice but to ask the manager everything very thoroughly. We have to think it over countless times too. When my mother was asking questions, she looked irritated and raised her voice, saying, "Huh..? Why are you doing it that way?" and that was unpleasant. It was the same with me. She pushed me while telling me to wait. She could have just said it normally, so why make it such a big deal...? It was even a little upsetting. Even if they think the questions are low-level, reacting like that is embarrassing and humiliating for the patient. I hope they understand the patient's position a little more.
