I had surgery with a director who is no longer there. The waiting time was insanely long, and the director was eloquent. I had it done when I was a minor and knew nothing, but anyway the wait was absurdly long. I waited 4 hours for double eyelid surgery and got a bit pissed. I wasn't happy with the result, but well... the director isn't there anymore, so whatever.
