The office manager? The person who did the consultation was in such a hurry, and I had to wait a long time too. It definitely felt a bit rushed. Other hospitals explain things more gently, like day-of booking discounts, but here they asked things a bit rudely, like until what time are you going to tell us, so I was surprised. The consultation with the director was better than I expected.
