I saw reviews saying each consultation manager had a different personality, so I was worried, but fortunately the managers and staff were all reasonably kind. Still, because it is definitely a large hospital, the atmosphere was a bit chaotic.. I went after reading reviews that Director Yang was good at eye surgery, and although it was not exactly the line I wanted, the line she kept adjusting was okay, I think? It seemed like she was pursuing a natural look and trying to match my needs!
