I made an appointment and went, but this was a place that treated waiting as completely normal, so I did not like it. Of course I can wait 10 to 20 minutes, but I had to wait at least an hour. The hospital is large and the facilities are nice, but it feels strongly like a factory-style hospital, and the staff looked so busy and exhausted that I could not really trust them. Other hospitals at least made me think about things, even if I did not book that day after visiting, but here I erased it from my mind the moment I walked out.
