The staff were generally kind. However, even though I went at my reservation time, the waiting time was longer than I expected, so I got a little bored. When the procedure started, some staff member, maybe a nurse, had apparently made a typo in the chart, and while I was lying there for the procedure, they kept scolding the staff and going on about it, so I ended up feeling bad too for no reason. I got a Fraxel treatment on my butterfly zone because of pores, but I didn't get the effect I expected.
