I consulted with the director three times starting from when he was at Omega. I think I spent about 3 years worrying about revision nose surgery. The manager was kind, and the director explained things very thoroughly and patiently. He detailed my future surgery plan and method, and created an atmosphere where I could feel comfortable asking anything I was curious about.
